Siya Goel
I’m a rising sophomore at Stanford University pursuing my bachelor’s in computer science (CS) and minoring in economics and mathematics. I believe that technological innovation and implementation are essential for making the world a better place. My prior experiences in tech include being a software engineering intern at a stealth startup, a product developer with Innovation Endeavors, and a CS/AI researcher at Stanford University, Purdue University, Tufts Medical Center, and the University of Michigan.
I am also passionate about CS education. I am the Director of Professional Development in Stanford WiCS, Director of Hackspace in BASES, and co-founded Buzz Online, an education platform that engages students in computer science via project-based classes.
My work in CS/AI and leadership has been recognized on national an international levels. I am interested in exploring the fields of software engineering, artificial intelligence, product management, management consulting, and venture capitalism.
